Dear Residents,

When Clax Branch Subdivision was created, a variety of restrictive covenants were established and recorded in the records of Lawrence County, Tennessee which apply to each lot in the development. As each of you know, these covenants are for the protection of each property owner's interest. Most of us purchased property in a restricted neighborhood so that we can be reasonably be assured of the continuing integrity of the development.

The covenants require a committee known as the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

The presiding members on the committee are:

This committee meets periodically to discuss issues of the development and address any concerns of the residents.
